Returns and Exchanges
Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for processing.
At Bad AF Fashion, we want all our girls to be completely in love with their purchases!
However, we understand that online shopping doesn't always go to plan, so these simple steps and tips are here to help.
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.
We do issue refunds for returns if the goods are faulty our damaged when you receive them or you have received the wrong item. If this is not the case we will return in exchange for a gift card which is equal to your spending amount. Its always best to give customer service a message on: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can asses each return on a case by case basis:)
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. This does not include shipping times.
Item(s) must be in the original condition i.e.:
- Tags still attached
- Unworn (can be tried on and returned to bag)
- In its clear poly bag - please leave polybag in good condition.
- Please do not try on the item if it looks too small.
Please Note: Returns that don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item!
We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order.
If you need a new size now, re-order your garment in the correct size and include this order number on your returns form. Once we receive it, we’ll refund the amount of the items in full via the payment method used. Please note, the new order must be of the same value or higher and the items must pass inspection.
We do not provide returns for earrings for hygiene reasons
Unfortunately you are responsible for the cost of your own return shipping unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent. Our Bad AF Fashion parcel can be reused for returns so you do not have to pay for the packaging.
We will be responsible for the cost of shipping back your exchange.
We ship all returns via your selected shipping method.

Please do not purposely damage the items in hopes to get a refund. We inspect each item thoroughly before shipping and will not provide refunds in these cases.
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your item(s). If your tracking shows that your return has been delivered but the gift card hasn’t been sent to your email in your Bad AF Fashion account after 3 business days, please follow up with our Customer Care Team and they will be happy to assist you with any of your needs.

How to return an item:
- Please ensure you fill out the return slip you have received in your package.
- Place all your items in the Bad AF Fashion Satchel which you have received your items in.
- Check that your items meet the conditions of the returns policy.
- Use the inside seal of the Bad AF Fashion satchel and seal the back
- Go to your nearest post office and sent to our returns address:
- We recommend you get the tracking number to keep an eye on your parcel as unfortunately if the package is lost on its way to us, our Customer care team will be limited in what they can do to compensate you.
